8-Step Search Methodology

Serche Assure comprises a group of seasoned professionals with an extensive industry experience of 65 years. We have designed our service methodology as a process to offer Recruitments As A Service (RaaS) to provide for talent requirements of small, medium, and large companies. This ensures that we qualify the right talent in each step before they are set up with companies for interviews and further steps.

1. Understanding Company Culture

We conduct a sample survey and validate the findings by interacting with the client. 

2. Sustained Engagement

We stay in touch with the candidate and ensure timely joining.

3. Candidate Pipeline

We search our database based on all the requirements mentioned and produce the first list of eligible candidates. We do an industry mapping and start the first internal discussion in order to recognize and eliminate the ones who do not fulfill certain parameters. 

4. Candidate Profiling

We ask for sample profiles to the recruiters for reference and note down every detail related to the job. We ask for job description, compensation and any other specific requirements. 

5. Selection & Verification

A top choice and a backup are finalized. We contact the references mentioned by the candidates and verify all the credentials.

6. Shortlisting & Presentation

We shortlist 10-15 candidate profiles based on previous discussions and share the details with the recruiter. We will schedule a discussion and cut down the list further to just 5-6 profiles.

7. Candidate Backup

 In case of drop-off, we immediately set up an interview between the backup candidate and the recruiter. We then follow up with both the parties and take feedback.  

8. Offer and Acceptance

We help in negotiation of the compensation amount after providing the initial offer letter. If the candidate accepts, joining date is finalized.
